Our approach to creating websites includes a full range of services, starting with the definition of goals and objectives and ending with the implementation and implementation of the project. The created site is wholly owned by the customer in accordance with the terms of the contract.
We make quality websites.
Creating a quality website is a long and laborious process.. Not everyone knows, what site creation includes more than just design and programming.
Many studios inflate prices for site creation, hiding behind buzzwords. They significantly increase the number of stages website development, including even small ones in the list of main stages, minor actions.
1. Site concept. Identification of the main tasks and strengths of the company (separate web project), definition of the target audience.
What is the concept of the site? The concept of the site is the main idea of the future site, his "principle". The website concept reflects the company's development strategy. The concept is based on the formulated mission, goals and objectives of the site. The task of the concept is the formulation of ideas, which will later form the basis of the terms of reference and, then, and to the site.
Most often, the main task sounds like this “Creation of an effective sales mechanism”, less commonly, tasks are referred to as “Strengthening the company's image”, “Creation of the main information platform” or even “Promotion announcement”. When tasks are defined, strengths help us to clearly place accents:
– properly organize the structure of the site sections,
– define the logic for building menus and function blocks,
– arrange information correctly on different pages.
Besides, before starting the process of creating a site, it is necessary to study the scope of the customer's activities, compare websites of similar companies, define the target audience.
2. Technical task (ТZ).
Almost every customer, ever applied to any web-studio, hears this magical combination of letters - TK. This abbreviation stands for: Technical task.
What is it? I'm sure, that most web studio managers, does not bother to explain to the client what it is. In fact, the Terms of Reference is the main document, according to which the contractor will create a site, and with which the client (customer) will later compare the result. If we give a dry definition, then it will turn out, that TK is a document, which describes typical pages and sections of the future site, information, which can be added to them, there are also requirements for the administrative component of the site.
The terms of reference for the creation of the site is a very important document., with whom the customer (authorized officer) must not only familiarize, but to study thoroughly, formulate all your wishes and comments, sign the document only then, when there are no questions or doubts.
3. Stylistic decision (design creation).
Website design plays the same role, that the design and quality of layout for a printed publication. In the same time, web design is very different from print design. When creating a poster, the designer should not think about dynamics (the ability to quickly add information). When creating a website design, the designer spends a significant amount of time on, to correctly arrange information blocks – encourage the visitor to click on that link (draw attention to part of the page), which is more important to the customer. The designer also thinks about the readability of the text.. Gray on black – it can be very nice – but it's almost impossible to read on a normal monitor. And the visitor is unlikely to linger on such a site.. This aspect of web design is called “usability” – what does it mean in english “convenience”.
Still, the external attractiveness of the site is of course important.. Designer draws page templates, selects fonts and graphic elements. The project manager evaluates the created design for its compliance with the concept and terms of reference. After checking and making possible additions, project manager sends the design to the customer. If the client likes the design – then they claim it – either immediately – or after making minor changes. Otherwise, the designer is taken for the next option. The number of options is usually specified in the project documentation..
4. Programming. Page layout.
Although programming, In fact, one of the most important steps in creating a website, nothing much to say about it. The coder translates the graphic image into a form understandable to the browser (makes up) approved design, and pass it to the programmer. The programmer writes scripts, that implement the behavior of the website pages described in the Terms of Reference.
5. Testing.
The project manager and the client independently test the site for the correct operation of the software. When problems occur – so-called bugs – the programmer fixes them. Further: consultations on the operation of the administration system, acceptance certificates, payment and so on. But…
6. Is there any cooperation after payment?
An honest performer should always give a warranty for his product..
Besides, more than in 90 % in cases between the contractor and the customer, a separate agreement on site support is signed. What it is? This agreement means, that the contact between the parties is not interrupted by the act of delivery and acceptance. Hosting, domain name payment, site backup and audit, the need to write new modules, or lack of time or opportunity for the customer to fill the site – all these routine matters the Customer can share with the contractor.
No one will help you with the site so quickly and efficiently, as co-authors.
